JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Pacifico is responsible for making sure our customers have the best service experience possible. You will accomplish this by building strong relationships and presenting best options to get the customers vehicle back on the road in a safe timely manner.
Our service advisors are trained to use all of the latest technology to give our customers a first class experience that will make them want to service with us.
We will support you and your technicians with great pay plans, first class up to date dealerships and flexible work schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service
- Prioritize required services and recommend options
- You must keep customers apprised of progress, setbacks and updated completion times. We have the latest technology tools that will allow you to communicate via a service video, texting and text to pay. Our customers love the transparency.
- You must be able to handle 15-20 repair orders a day consisting of used cars, customer pay, internals and warranty.
- You must be able to keep your CSI in the top 10% of our region.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to accurately and correctly answer customer inquiries.
- CDK/ADP experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and quality in accordance with dealership policy. Must possess a strong work ethic, the ability to stay on task and work independently. Must pay close attention to detail and be able to produce high quality work quickly yet efficiently. As a service advisor, you will be expected to keep up with the latest customer service practices, be willing to go the extra mile for customers and solve any and all problems that arise.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer Proficiency, we utilize Ford smart and write tickets on a tablet in the lane.
